Breathing Forgiveness
The moment I open my eyes, I say these two sentences over and over on the breath “I’m sorry, I love you”. They are for myself and all who need them. For what we have created we need to forgive ourselves and start again. Each day is an opportunity to start a new. each moment is an opprotunity to start anew.
