I hope you are finding your footing throughout all of the shifting taking place right now.
I know the current of life has been a bit intense lately, so I want to take a moment to let you know that I am sending you love and supportive vibes, wherever you are, with whatever life has you doing (or not doing) right now.
It is a rather interesting time we find ourselves in and I know all of these sudden changes are bringing a lot of challenges with them, so please allow me to remind you that YOU ARE ENOUGH, you are doing enough and you are right where you need to be.
Self-love is SO important right now so please make sure to remember to be gentle with yourself.
The world is going through a lot and that tenderness and care that women are so amazing at providing, is much needed right now.
Especially for ourselves.
